Privacy, in plain sight.
How Loop Puzzle and this website handle your information.
Privacy policy
This policy covers Loop Puzzle: Tap Puzzle Game (shown in the app as Loop Puzzle), the Android game, and the ThinkFireWin website. ThinkFireWin operates the game. For privacy questions or data requests, email thinkfirewin@gmail.com.
Playing without a game account
Google sign-in is optional. Core puzzles work offline, with progress saved on your device. Local saves include completed levels, stars, times, unfinished boards, settings, and hint and continue balances. Advertising and purchase services can connect when you use the app online, even without a cloud-save account.
Optional daily reminders
If enabled, reminders use device-local play and app-opening times and delivery history to choose a time, limit reminders, and pause after an absence. Notification permission and scheduling records stay on the device. Some played dates are also part of the optional cloud progress described below. Turn reminders off in Settings or Android notification settings. Clearing app storage removes local reminder history.
Google sign-in and cloud saves
Eligible players can choose Google sign-in for free progress backup. Firebase Authentication processes account identity, email, authentication tokens and connection information needed to secure sign-in. Google handles your password; the game does not receive it.
Cloud Firestore stores progress under your Firebase account identifier. Backups include Campaign and Timer completion, stars, best times and Timer performance, Daily completions, played dates, streak and tree-growth reward records, settings including your selected age band, and shared hint and continue balances, reward receipts and daily Premium allowance usage. These support restoring and merging progress across devices. They do not grant paid ownership.
Unfinished boards, generated-board caches and device notification state remain local. Routine progress uploads are batched; sign-in and other sync actions can merge progress sooner. Allow a successful sync before changing devices or clearing storage. We use Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to operate and secure these features.
Premium purchases and RevenueCat
Premium is optional and is purchased through Google Play. We use RevenueCat to check, deliver and restore paid access, handle subscription changes, prevent purchase fraud and understand purchase and subscription performance. The purchase service checks available plans and ownership when the Android app opens and periodically while in use; a purchase is not required for those checks.
RevenueCat uses a generated app user identifier separate from your optional Google cloud-save account. It processes store purchase tokens and transaction history, product and subscription identifiers, purchase and expiry times, renewal or refund status, and entitlement status. Requests also involve technical information such as app and SDK versions, device/operating-system information, locale, currency and network connection information. We do not send your cloud-save email, Firebase account identifier, exact age, birth date or gameplay save to RevenueCat. Automatic advertising/device-identifier collection and optional SDK diagnostics are disabled in our RevenueCat configuration.
Google Play handles payment details; ThinkFireWin and the RevenueCat purchase integration do not receive your card number or bank login. See RevenueCat privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy. Purchases and restores need an internet connection. You can manage or cancel recurring subscriptions in Google Play subscriptions.
Advertising, age choices and consent
Loop Puzzle is intended for a mixed-age audience. Before online advertising starts, the game asks for an age range, including “Prefer not to say”; it does not ask for a birth date or exact age. The selection is saved locally and is included in eligible Google-linked settings backups. Under-18 and unknown-age selections receive restricted, child-directed and under-age-of-consent ad treatment with general-audience ad content. Google sign-in and cloud saves are unavailable for these selections; offline play remains available. The purchase service uses its separate identifier and does not receive this age selection.
The game contains AdMob banner and optional rewarded ads. Premium removes forced ads and gameplay banners and includes six hints and four continues per day without ads. After the relevant daily allowance and available balance are exhausted, each extra hint or continue can require a rewarded ad. Premium does not remove all advertising-related processing or make optional extra rewarded ads unavailable.
When advertising services run, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK can process and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), ad/app interactions, performance diagnostics and device or account identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Restricted-audience treatment and consent settings affect the data used and the ads served. See Google’s advertising data disclosures.
Google’s consent tools show privacy choices where required. Revisit ad privacy options in the game’s Settings where available. Choices depend on your region, device and consent status. A cloud-save account is not needed for advertising or purchase services to process information.
This website and support
The ThinkFireWin website section does not use analytics, advertising scripts or a form-submission service. Deletion-form input stays in your browser until you copy or save it or choose to send it through your email app. The page does not send email or delete data. Our host can process connection information to serve pages. When you email support, we receive your address, message and any details you choose to include and use them to handle your request.
Sharing and security
Google/Firebase and RevenueCat process information needed for the services described above. Advertising has its own data-sharing practices. We do not sell your cloud-save account or gameplay records. Service providers may process information outside your country. Network transfers for Firebase, RevenueCat and Google advertising use encrypted connections; device storage and cloud backups remain subject to their platform protections.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Cloud saves and the associated Firebase account remain until deleted. Purchase records support entitlement checks, restore, subscription reporting and dispute handling. You can request deletion of your game account, saved progress and identifiable RevenueCat customer data through our deletion page, even if you never enabled Google cloud backup. We verify ownership and confirm the result. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle requests and document their resolution; records required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes may need to be kept, and we explain applicable exceptions when responding.
Deleting a game account does not cancel or refund a Google Play subscription. Cancel renewal separately in Google Play. Deletion does not erase records independently held by Google or clear device saves. Reopening the app, signing in or restoring a purchase can create new service records. Signing out and uninstalling do not delete existing cloud data. To remove local saves, use Android’s app storage settings. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we control.
Policy changes
We update this policy when features or data practices change. Older installed versions may not include every feature described here. The revision date below identifies the latest policy.
