Can I play offline?
Yes. Core puzzles, local progress, and free restarts work offline. Ads and cloud saves need a connection.
How do cloud saves work?
Google sign-in is optional and subject to the game’s age settings. When available and enabled, it lets you back up and merge supported progress. Allow an online sync before changing devices or clearing local storage.
Why won’t a bead clear its loop?
Check the entire track. Another loop passing above even one part of it blocks the route. Remove the upper loop first.
How do I manage Premium?
Use Restore purchases in the game to check purchases on your Google Play account. Manage or cancel recurring plans in Google Play subscriptions. Deleting game data does not cancel or refund a subscription.
How do I delete my account?
Visit the account-deletion page for what is removed and a request tool. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete cloud data.
